The Brief - FARMING -

so my design incorporates sheep, chatting each other up at the fence, with a backdrop of a selection of fresh fruit and veg.  This is what I imagine sheep do all day in the fields, I would if I were a sheep.

The design can be re sized to create a duvet and long drop curtain.  the sheep at the fence forming a border at the bottom and the vegetation etc as the background for the rest of the duvet/curtain.

Introducing Peel and Stick Wallpaper

Eco Friendly Peel n Stick Wallpaper

A Removable and Repositionable, Easy to cut and customize. Create your very own designer accent wall.

The design is printed on woven polyester with an eco friendly adhesive backing.  The print is 61 centimeters/24 inches wide.  You can purchase any length, the minimum being just 12 inches. 

To create an accent 12 inches is plenty, you could cut round some of the wildflowers and stick them as accents.  The design in the photograph is continuous floor to ceiling on a roll.

The wallpaper can be used in kids rooms as it is Eco friendly, Formaldehyde and PVC free.

To apply the wall paper simply peel and stick or cut out your shapes and then peel and stick.  Full instructions for application are available here

Not just wallpaper, it can be creatively used for a host of different applications, like drawer liners, Table cover, Book Jackets....

Handmade Non Woven Scarf

A SCARF FOR STEPHANIE

Over a month ago, my friend Stephanie got a dress to attend a @James Bond @casino charity event.  She had a fabulous new black dress for this event and wanted a scarf designed for it.

I absolutely love designing a piece when I know who it is for.  I get a real buzz.  I do feel the final outcome reflects the persons personality.

The dress is black lace with a nude lining underneath.  It has simple lines with short cap sleeves. Very classic.  Stephanie certainly has the curves to carry this dress.  The black dress would be worn with a most glamorous shocking pink and nude pink 6 inch spike, with a silvered toe.

I very much wanted to bring out the Lacey look so the scarf/wrap as it is a long one was going to be feathery and translucent.
The pink heels were the inspiration for the colour theme.

We are in the middle of establishing a wildflower meadow at home, This is a tribute and celebration of nature.  The riot of colour a wildflower patch can create - "GARDENING FROM THE HEART FOR THE SOUL"

Surface Pattern Design with +Spoonflower

Collaboration with +Spoonflower This surface pattern design is for sale in Fabrics of your choice, as Gift wrap, Wallpaper, and Decals

The Design is inspired by our Holiday to Seattle, a trek up Crystal Mountain to view the snow capped peaks of Mt Rainier.  We were luck to be their just at the right time to witness the wildflowers in full bloom, truly inspiring.  The design has been created by collaging the flowers and seed heads from hand Felted Wool. with line drawns doodles layered over the collage. The print quality at +Spoonflower is really great, the fine fibers of wool felt have turned out beautifully in print.   Basic Combed Cotton starts at $17.50 per yard.
